Best Service Ever
When I was looking for a P365 and found this great deal while searching, I thought it too good to be true. I made a few calls to Alpine asking questions and anyone who answered the phone was very responsive. I decided to order online and have this shipped to my FFL. Bill was extremely quick getting my order processed and shipped. The order was placed on 12/02 and in my hands by 12/05. Truly appreciate Alpine's patience and customer service. Great Decision
I haven't shot this yet, but I know it's going to live up to expectation (my son who's an LEO got one for his fiancé and she loves it). I would be remiss if I did not mention that ordering this set was extremely easy. I'm in PA and the guy I spoke to over the phone explained the whole online process and the transaction was done in a matter of minutes (he stayed on the phone with me while I went through the online ordering)--good thing, too, because it was the last one in stock at the time.
I got a great price (which is why I went with these guys) and it showed up at my PA store in 2 days (picking it up from there was also very easy). Top notch experience all the way around. I'd deal with these guys again in a heartbeat. And I cannot wait to shoot my new Sig Sauer!! -

Returns Policy
If you notify Alpine of an issue, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PROMAG PRODUCTS AND NO REFUNDS ON PROMAG PRODUCTS WILL BE ISSUED.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
