Sig Tacpac 9mm (ordered on website)
Received product as described. Bill in the sales dept. was very professional. Only complaint is that the shipping took to long (8 days) to get from Texas to delivery location in Alabama using USPS. UPS or FED EX would be a lot faster service, for the same shipping fees, that I was charged.

P365 TacPac
The TacPac is exactly as described here and elsewhere. Alpine's price was in line with pre-COVID, in a time when most stores locally have gone into scalp mode.
Bill was awesome with his communications, and getting it shipped to my FFL. It left Alpine pretty much as soon as my FFL was verified. Alpine is going to the top of my list of go-to retailers.

Returns Policy
If you notify Alpine of an issue, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PROMAG PRODUCTS AND NO REFUNDS ON PROMAG PRODUCTS WILL BE ISSUED.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
