great except for one critical thing
There is a small spring on the inside of the screw off cap - after putting the battery in to test, I removed the battery and the spring fell off. Without it the light is unreliable - I located the spring and put it back together and it works fine. Falling apart on first use though was disturbing. I learned to spend the additional $100 plus for a much more high end light/laser. For my purposes I can deal with this but it was frustrating.

If you notify Alpine of an issue, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PROMAG PRODUCTS AND NO REFUNDS ON PROMAG PRODUCTS WILL BE ISSUED.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to addresses within the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
